The W Brothers offers Lifetime Maintenance on all products.

Each piece of jewelry is unconditionally guaranteed for life against damage or wear. However, if any defect occurs, our warranty offers lifetime polishing, cleaning, and maintenance service.

14 day return excluding customized jewelry.

The W Brothers accepts returns/exchanges within 14 days of the date your item was delivered. If you would like to return/exchange any item(s), please contact customer support via telephone at 626-353-9922 or email customerservice@thewbros.com.

Complimentary shipping offered on orders over $100.00 for all USA orders. Free shipping for all custom orders worldwide!

Sales tax & engraving fees do not count toward the total amount.

No refunds possible on custom engraved merchandise and any custom made products. Items thought to be damaged or defective must be returned at the customers' expense.

United Kingdom, United States, Canada, Australia: You can expect your package to arrive in 5-15 working days. Others: 15-20 working days.
